Overview:
The action plans and priorities established by Agenda 360 will only stand strong if the surrounding communities support them. The mission of the Communications Team is to collect and disseminate information about Agenda 360 to every segment of the Greater Cincinnati community, as well as to help gather input that guides discussions by the action teams.
Focus Areas/Projects:
- Public Engagement - The Communications Team will communicate times, dates and locations of Agenda 360 public engagement meetings so as to attract as many participants as possible and gather input from diverse points of view. The Communications team also will seek opportunities to access public engagenent via local mass media.
- e Communications - The Communications Team is responsible for building and maintaining the Agenda 360 Web site (www.Cincinnati360.com) that will serve as a primary conduit for supplying information and gathering public input.
- Media Relations - The Communication Team will keep local news media informed about the Agenda 360 processs and progress. This will allow for accurate and transparent reporting on the work of Agenda 360 that will keep the population of Greater Cincinnati fully informed.
